ameritrain quit paying for our plant service we were providing for them victimized many consumers atlanta Georgia

i'm new to my company and part of my job is to collect on past-due invoices. ameritrain, inc had an atlanta branch that we provided a plant service to. looking through their file, from the very beginning they were very slow in paying their invoices to us. then, in february 2002, the payments stopped. no correspondence, nothing. we finally picked up the plants in july, but they owe us for about 7 months of service.

i first tried to contact them at the number i had, and of course got no answer. i tried accessing their website but it was unavailable. i later read on the internet about how all the branches had shut down, or how people hadn't been reimbursed for their tuition for the courses.

i'm pissed off at how they went about this. from what i can deduce these people are scumbags who never had any intention of doing legitimate business. they've screwed thousands of people out of money and where did it all go, they're bankrupt now!

the reason i'm writing is to express my frustration in finding these idiots, who owe my company money. they didn't even bother to find out who/exactly how many people they're indebted to. i had to physically write the court of pennsylvania to find out how to get our money, or how to file a claim against them.
