this company has to be stopped.i go away every year for 2-3 weeks. for 3 years that i lived here my water usage has never changed evren though i was away. this year i kept track of my usage reading the meter every month. sure enough i was away for 19 days for the month of sept and recieved my bill which they charged me 1200 gallons more than i used. called the company and spoke to nick.asked if the read the meter which he said he had.,but couldn`t be true because the meter was nowhere what they said it had on it.i was told they would adjust the bill which they did not take nearly enough off. had to fight with the onwers and told them i would not pay the differance which i had calculated to be correct. when i first moved into this park i recieved a bill when i hadn`t even turned on the water.i would sugest to everyone that has this billing company to read your meter and report these people to everyone for our consumer protection. no one seems to know who i can report this to except this company. i would like to hear from anyone who has a suggestion on how these people can be accounted for.
