Andy Mohr Budget Center Kari Brown, Chris Huston, Sold me a bad vehicle that has not been service. Plainfield Indiana Indiana

 On 06/29/13 I had purchase a 2010 Chevy Equinox From Andy Mohr Budget Center. On that day Keri Brown had called me and said that I found a vheicle for you and when can you come here to see me. Well on that day I go had went to see him and he took me on there ford lot where the veichle was located in the back of the building. When we open the doors on the SUV inside was a lot of trash and it had a odor to it.  So I told him no I did not want this car becasue of the condition it was in. He stated that there was nothing wrong with the veichle and that all they had to do was clean it out. it took me at least 2 hrs to decide if I wanted that car. Kerri Brown kept convincing me that nothing was wrong with the car and tht I was getting a good deal on it. He told me that the bank that they was putting me with was a good bank cause I have been turned down by all the banks due to my credit. So after that I had ask keri can I test drive the veichle he said yes so i did a test drive. I didnt go to far because I didnt not my way around Plainfeild it was my first time going out there. So when I had got back to the car lot I ask Keri Brown has the car been service he stated yes it has. and if anything is wrong with it I can bring it back. Well I kept saying are you sure that they service this car due to the condition it was in. His words was Yes baby It is. I got you a good deal on this car ok you can trust me and I said Im just making sure that this car is ready cause I need a dependable car becasue Im a single mom with three childern and My job is in Carmal Indiana. So he said you good this car is ready. Well soon as I pulled of the lot and as I was coming to a stop I heard noise from the brakes, and the car would shake when I start it up as well as they did not clean the seats and the floors good becsue the car was smelling like mildew. I called him and he told me to bring it back so they can look at them. That next day I took it in and Don Thompson in the Service Department said that they  had to replace the pads and oil filter, and the so called shampoo the seats and the floors. so the next day which was on the 30th of june I had told them that I was hearing squeal sounds when I start up the car. so I took it back and they replcae the Tensioner belt. SO weeks later I kept hearing poping noise from the back and somethimes in the front. I called Kari Brown and He told me to bring it back to them and Let them keep it over night and that they will give me one of there rental cars. so I did that. The next day came he told me that they did not find nothing and that there was nothing wrong with the car. from that day on my car has been up there 7 times and plus to the Chevy Service Depaartment.  I had 3 Rentals from them and they still couldnt find the problem utill I drove the car with one of the workers who did here the popping sound. He said that it sounds like my struts or my suspensions and that I would have to pay for it cause its not under warrenty. Sense 06/30/2013 I have been asking Keri brown and Chirs Hustion to get out of this car cause I was not happy with it. and that I need a dependable car. they kept saying that it will be hard for me to get out of it due to me just getting the car. I went to Easgate Chrysler to try and trade it come find out the car was in an accident and has been hit all over and that the couldnt give my the vaule of the car due to it been in an accident. I had called and talk to Chris Hustion about this and he stated that cars get hit everyday and sold dont make it a bad vehicle. I was so hurt and disapointed and stress out because Im paying 470 a month for a car that is not worth it. after I had talk to him that next day the car would not start so I called Chris he told me to try to get it stared and bring it up there so they can give me a rental. come find out the car needed a new battery. Keri Brown text me telling wat the trade of the car will be and the cost of a new Battery he said a trade Im looking a 660 car payment and a battery will be 131.00. I had talk to the bank where the loan is through and they told me that Andy Mohr can closed the loan on this car and put me into another one. and thats its up to Andy Mohr. No one at Any Mohr is trying to help me and Thats way Im trying to seek help because its not far that Im paying for car that having all these problems. Please somebody tell me wat can I do.
