Several Attorney Generals Office Public Inquiry Units have sent letters back to complaining consumers about these Process Rebate scam companies but are not going to do anything about it even with names of people who have registered these companies listed on the BBB and Secretary of State CA sites or all the business address's/phone numbers/emails given.

All they are doing is sending letters to get a response from the company which is the BBB's job who has no power to take action against any company like the Attorney Generals Office, FBI , FCC, FTC , Secretary of State and Dept of Consumer Affairs. Even when the Media has contacted these agencies about any info they have found out about these scam companies from consumer complaints that received letters back with File numbers on their letters , replied that they have no consumer complaints or have any idea that these companies are running a SCAM. They are passing the buck and telling complaining consumers and the Media that you should contact this agency or this agency which all their recommendation agencies already have numerous complaints on these companies all over the U.S.

Sending the business address's being used on their websites/emails to the Attorney Generals/Secretary of State(CA Secreatary of State has a name of a representative who registered this company in Irivne,CA on their site and will not investigate or ask this person for correct info of owners to this company operating in CA) that serve these states the business is operating have names on registered forms for these business's but the people named claim they are only representatives and was the ones that just registered these companies.

Careerbuilder, Yahoo Hot Jobs as well as other job posting sites are still advertising these companies as well even after letting their after the fact fraud dept. know these are scams. The ChicagoBBB has even let Careerbuilder know what these companies are doing to no avail. Kind of suspicious that these sites have a after the FACT dept. to report scam companies to but not a Dept. to check before hand which is easy to check , but they claim it's the consumer using their sites job to find out what is a scam and they have too many scam companies paying to advertise to check.

2 things with that is if they actually checked who was paying them to advertise on their site they would be out of business , which brings us to Who is keeping who in business here?

Round and Round we go pass the buck on scam reporting criminal companies.

With all the consumer complaint websites listing numerous info on these Rebate Process companies and passing them along to these agencies with peoples names listed as well still nothing is done to these crooks.
