MY NAME IS SIGRID.  I AM THE BIOLOGICAL MOTHER OF ANGELA UTLEY.  ANGELA IS VERY SICK.  WE SIMPLY KEEP HER LOCKED AWAY FROM THE PUBLIC IN HER PUBLIC HOUSEING TOWNHOME.  SHE IS A DIAGNOSED BORDER PERSONALITY SCHITZO.  WHOMEVER THIS POOR WOMAN DEBBIE IS, PLEASE ACCEPT OUR APOLOGIES FOR ANY TROUBLE THAT THIS PERSON CAUSES YOU.

 To those that are concerned:

Where do I begin. I have been stalked and harassed. I have been harassed and stalked by a one Debourgh Montoya aka Debi Daly and a India Boothman Baker. I have a police report on file because of Debi Montoya of Texas. She has sent violent emails threatening to "silence me forever"  . It also included blackmail and extortion. It is on file with the Tulsa Police the cyber department. I am very thankful to them. Debi has allowed India Baker to defame my charcter and distort the facts.  You can see it down below.

I am a single mother with a rare form of Lupus. India acts as if I live at the hospital. This is not true. I have had gone to the hospital in the past. I am a cancer survior and had issues with my Hashmonto's disease. I have had numerous surgies throughout the years. That is my private life . In addition she claims that my ex finacee raped me and I miscarried. This she even sent in Text form to his family . Simply not true. India is a vindictive woman in my opinion. .

I have two children. Any issues with my children of whom I am very proud of should be private. THey are still minors. My youngest has recovered from Autism . That is well known in the autism community . I would never hurt my children. And I have not for the record. My children enjoy visiting their grandmother . They do not want to live with her. She is a good grandmother with a loving heart. 

I do live in government housing . I am not ashamed of this . I am grateful with my medical issues: it has been a godsend.

About Debi Daly. The mere mention of her name brings to issue the topic  of cyber trolls. Though Debi has done her fair share of live stake outs herself. This has been such a headache to me. A woman known as Moxie has gone through the same problems that I have experienced with Debi. This video is a voice mail left to moxie that was put up about her. This is frightening message because Debi and her husband had a bonding company at the time. They are still heavily armed. Debi has some issues and I pray she gets help one day . I have audio that goes back ten years of the harrasment this woman, Debi Daly has caused to numerous people. Some have won in court.

I want you to listen to this woman , the tone in her voice. People have been sent to my home to frighten me just last month.  This same Debi Daly claims that I am stalking her . She claimed this so much on her internet radio show that she claimed that she was getting a restraining order against me - using my full name on internet radio . Please note in Tulsa you have to get a protective order not a restraining order. She said she was in Tulsa, then in the Judge's chambers and more. You get the picture.

This next item is hard to talk about . Debi Daly used India Boothman Baker to slander me . At times I think India herself is a victim in this shady woman's life.  She encouraged her to "twist" the truth. In this screenshot that I will hopefully be able to post is the email that the Tulsa Police has in possesion. Debi is referring to India in the email . This is true because she had her on her internet radio show shortly after the email was sent to me. Please note that currently  I do not have a internet radio show .  I have previously but because of health issues I made other choices. I had 3 seperate shows on IHeart radio .  The three show were seperately on Autism, Homeschooling and the last - world events. She claims that I am attacking them and that is not the case - you will be able to read it for yourself.

To the restraining orders in question: My daughter's birth father had tried to file protective orders on me . He had violently attcked me and he was trying to force me to go back to him .  He had his girlfriend at the time file as well. They were dismissed for lack of evidence. However I had one against the birth father for three years. It was not dismissed - I had evidence. I would have renewed it after the three years but he could not be located.
