The party that stated the comment has a report file against him on 02/02/09 Report # 09020381 for CyberStalking, Harassment, . His words are completely false as noted by the Police Department in which it was reported including the Police Department of BiglerVille, Pa where Kevin Vandorek resides and claims here is resides in Indianapolis, Indiana.A copy of the report had also been submitted to Sioux City Iowa. He was asked in February not to make any contact and now chooses to use the Internet to harass and falsify information which is punishable by law up to 5 years and a 250,000 fine. which he is aware of. The FBI is aware of this as well as many Cyberstalking services. His ISP provider has also been notified of his abuse over the internet. I do not own nor have I ever owned a website called Ritastreasurechest.com he is also ruining someone else's reputation due to his cyberstalking activity. I hold all e-mails, documentation and copies to represent fact. I will not post any telephone numbers as he threatens others and is hostile.
With regards to Court that was over a home and he kept the $1200.00 in Earnest money. He asked more for his property in Sioux City, Iowa after we left and there is not a felony warrant nor has there ever been for my arrest. That report number is SCCV121266 yes our home was in foreclosure and we tried to save it, Washington Mutual closed and my aunt covered the rent in Iowa as we were struggling however he had been paid in full. He refused to return the check back to us and yes the judge ordered us out , we went without any bad feelings whatsoever as I have never nor ever will be vindictive. Again there is no felony warrant for my arrest as this was also confirmed through my local police department as well as BiglersVille, Pa and Sioux City Iowa.
