Mario Bendicho and Ed Haley are running a scam with their ANNEX FUNDING, LLC where they run ads on CRAIGS LIST  to

hire employees and never pay them.  when employees go to the California labor Board they find out they are just one

of many whom Ed and Mario have pulled their scam on.  There are many labor board complaints as well as a class action

lawsuit being filed by many of the employees they have ripped off.  Many of their employees have been told their loans to their clients have not funded so they are not paying.  after a very simple investigation it has been shown the loans have been funded with the clients and Mario and ED were paid.  The employees have the information on the money paid to Annex and then never paid to employees.

Ed an Mario bring in new employees all the time with CRAIGS LIST ads when the employees they have ripped off have to find other work where they are paid.  This ANNEX business model of getting new employees every month on CRAIGS LIST and then not paying them has been going on for over a year.  You can only imagine if this is how they treat employees how they will respect their clients.
