i placed a order on easter sunday, knowing they would not be open till monday. i called them monday morning (9am) to make sure everything went through correct. explained to them i need the product by saturday and if i had to pay extra i would. i was told i would be sent that day or tues morning. i called tues to make sure and again explained i need by sat, i was told no plroblem. i told them extra to make sure i had it by 12 on sat would not be a problem. well it is now wed the 30th and still says processing. there is no way i can not have my product by sat or i would have to pay over 100 to have the stuff by sat, if they would have helped me monday it would have cost me a extra 25.00 and i would have not had a problem with that. they lied to me for 2 days. i would never use this company again. i would say dont order from them.

i get ahold of them again today. now they dont have 1 of my things. so still hasnt been shipped yet. this is the worst company ever. got told it would be sent out by tues morning wed afternoon and im fighting with them. been ont here for 1 1/2 hrs.
