Answering Specialist was a very dissapointing experience. Low quality service and very expensive when you finally try to cancel your service. Stay Away!!  The owner Tim Harlan doesn't care about you, your service or his reputation.  He just wants your money!

Answering Specialists offers one of the highest quality services available and at a very competitive price.  We do our very best to please all of our customers.  Our service agreement simply requires a 30 day notice to discontinue service.  Each client agrees to these terms when they sign up for service.  It appears that this client wanted to cancel without giving the required notice and is angry because we didn't allow this.  The other reason that people will usually use this forum is because they are angry when they are turned over to collections for unpaid bills.

If we make a error, we are happy to own it and take corrective action.  We have a top notch customer service department who answers every inquiry.  It is not possible to please every customer and this is why make it so easy for a customer to discontinue service with only a 30 day notice.  We have thousands of customers who are very happy with the service we offer and we add additional patrons every day.  We would not experience such success if we did not satisfy our customers and their needs.  We offer a 7 day/25 call free trial so that customers can experience our service prior to commitment.  Please feel free to avail yourself of this option and see for yourself what a truly great answering service is all about.
