Just to let everyone know.
I have just recently been a victom as well from them.
I called them and also advised them that I also had my account overdrafted because of them. They replied back to me that they wanted me to fax them in a copy of my bank statement for proof they overdrafted me.

I explained to them I do not give anyone my bank account info and do not feel that they should be any different. I would be glad to go to the bank and get a certified or noterized letter explaining they overdrafted me and they stated that would not do and that I needed to give them a copy of my bank statement.

I do not agree they should see where my money goes and all the info that is on my bank statement that is against the law to ask me for my personal info and my bank statement has that information that they do NOT need to see.

I asked for a supervisor and was given to this irragant idiot that stated he did the hiring and firing when he really does not they have a HR dept. Then I call back and stated I will be looking for an attourney to go after them. I was not aware for the last 9 months they had been taking the fees out of my bank account and I couldnt pay attention to my banking for I was going through having cancer removed.

Let me tell you I would not even begin to think about joking about having cancer and so when they stated they would refund me my money I said fine what about the overdrafting fees. that is when I was told I needed to give them a copy of my bank statements proving the overdrafting. I do not agree with the way they work this company is out to get your money. I did not sign up for this program nor do I know how I was even signed up for it. But I do know they will NOT get my bank statement.

I am looking to obtain an attourney in reference to this and will go after them for all the overdrafting fees that they have caused me. and I will do this through the legal court systems and not give them any further information on my banking.
