APEX Window tinting:

We had Dean Avey do our offices. It took him a few times to get it right. He was cheap enough. The end result is that we would not recommend him. He holds himself out to be some kind of tint expert but he was more of bumbling fool. Oh well, we win some lose some. APEX is not on our recommendation list. The TV report is accurate; APEX and Mr. Avey are whiners.
