Apex is withholding a transaction from a customer first they tell me to have the customer call them to verify the transaction and send them all the proof ie; invoice, signed credit card slip etc.; so the customer is not happy at this point but does it we fax all the papers per Apex's request. then we get a phone call back from Apex telling us that they are still not going to release the money into my account even though the customer verified the transaction and they took the money from the customers card. i was told after doing thousands and thousand of dollars of business with them that my company did not have enough "credit" for them to release our funds so that we could work on our customers car. after speaking with their floor manager Jim Archer it was clear to me that they were going to keep the customers money no matter what. so basically the were going to keep the money owed to my business for their own gains, we know how this works banks and credit card companies hold money to invest for their profit. Using our money is one thing but just flat refusing to give it to us is another.
