 if i could give this company zero stars i would.  they are unreal had microwave issue fixed it then became other problem wanted to charge me again tech came to the home wanted to charge me an additional $$$$ to fix the problem they called.  told them to forget it.  they are the worst.  do not call these people.  they are not who you want to service your appliances.  rude arrogant and just not good business people  tried to have civil conversation with eric g but he had his customer service try and solve the problem, evidently his techs are sub contractors and they are on commission dont deal with them at all!!!!!!

 I would love to know how something gets stuck  in an exhaust fan when the top of the microwave is under a solid cabinet and the exhaust fan is right there.  THE ONLY WAY SOMETHING EVER GOT IN THE FAN IS WHEN THE SERVICE MAN PUT THE WIRES BACK FROM THE FUSE, HE DID IT WRONG.  Since I have gone through this horrible service,

I have called a reputable firm to look at the microwave, only charged 39.95, and sure enough when the so called wonderful Appliance Doctor tech put the microwave back, he DID IT INPROPERLY.  I STICK BY MY STORY DO NOT USE THIS FIRM THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND NO I DID NOT EVER EXPECT EVERYTHING TO BE GUARANTEED I JUST EXPECT THE WORK DONE GUARANTEED.

YES JUDGE FALCONE DID DECIDE IN APPLIANCE DOCTORS FAVOR, FOR HALF THE CHARGE, AND SO LETS SEE, THEY GET HALF THE CHARGE AND PAY FOR AN ATTORNEY SO WAS IT WORTH IT, LIKE I SAID, READ OTHER REVIEWS WITH ANGIES LIST AND EVERYWHERE ELSE FOR THIS COMPANY GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

We always strive to satisfy every customer, however, as most people know, this is not always possible. I know who this customer is, even though Mr. Miller posted as anonymous. Mr. Miller called our company in April 2013 to look at his microwave at his home in Bensalem. The microwave had a burned out fuse. We replaced the fuse and everything was great.

3 months after our first visit to his home, he called us out to say his microwave was not functioning once again. We warrant all parts we install 100%, however, this customer had the "expectation" that the entire unit was under warranty after our repair, and for an indefinite period of time. We explained our charge to dispatch our technician and he agreed to have our company out.

Our technician determined that the microwave had something jammed in the exhaust fan and needed to be removed. We quoted a price to perform the repair. Mr. Miller immediatelt became irate. He declined the repair. Upon our effort to collect the service call fee, Mr. Miller refused to pay. He made it clear that he knew and agreed to our charge just to get us to his home, but never had any intentions on paying us.

We were forced to sue in district court for theft of services. The Honorable Joseph P. Falcone agreed in our favor that Mr. Miller was in the wrong and was required to pay.

As of this writing (11/6/2013), Mr. Miller has not paid the judgement awarded our company.
