APPLIANCE REPAIR GUYS On December 26, 2013 Appliance Repair Guys came to take a look at my leaky dishwasher there was $80 service call I was told but if I needed repairs what would be waived, a technician comes in and asks me if I want him to try to fix the problem without parts will cost me $280 of course I said yes he gives me a paper to sign, looks at dishwasher again and tells me no he can't fix it he needs to order parts, Toronto Ontario Canada

On December 26, 2013 Appliance Repair Guys came to take a look at my leaky dishwasher there was $80 service call I was told but if I needed repairs what would be waived, a technician comes in and asks me if I want him to try to fix the problem without parts will cost me $280 of course I said yes he gives me a paper to sign, looks at dishwasher again and tells me no he can't fix it he needs to order parts, so now the service call is costing me $280 plus tax not $80 and another $260.54 for a part that I waited for a month for,

January 24, 2014 the water valve was installed, the following week I called them back to tell them that my LG Dishwasher was still leaking from the same spot after having it run a couple of times to give it the benefit of the doubt if there was still water in there, they told me to fill out the warranty form online so I did, on February 6 the technician came back to have a look and now he recommends I need another part, which with tax is another $300 to fix, when I told them that the part he installed didn't do a single thing and I was never told there might a possibility that it would not fix the problem

I feel this is a game, I pay for a part they install it and then they come back for another part,  I spoke to Leona on February 7 and she told me that my old part was all rusty and needed replacement I told her that wasn't true the part was not rusty I saw it myself the technician had gone to the car to get it for me to see it again but he said he didn't have it with him, please advise what I can do with this, if they'd told me there was a possibility this wouldn't fix it I would have given it a second thought of buying a new one,

after he told me about the $280 I had my doubts right there so far it has costed me $600 and now they want another $300 and they're telling me its the seal around the door which can't be because when the water was turned on I was getting water on my floor and there was no water in dishwasher so how can it be the seal???  Leona also told me today that if I wanted to go ahead with the new repair they'd waive $50.00.
