I was very impressed with the way ApplianceZone.com handled my problem. I had mistakenly ordered the incorrect part from them, against the advice of the chat lady in the little window and i was very much afraid they would not take the part back. I had read thier policies and seen that you can not return electronical items. After speaking to one of thier live chat people again, It was agreed that I could purchase the new correct part, and send the wrong one in for a refund. Thank You ApplianceZone.com!
