Applied Consumer Services Makes promises and does not deliver Hialeah Florida

I contracted this company to do some chemical anaylsis.  The said they would have the results in 30-45 days.  Six months later I am still waiting for the results.  After waiting three months for the results they contacted my and asked for additional monies that they said they needed for additional testing.  They do not respond to e-mails or return phone calls.  When you do get in touch with them, they act as though you are bothering them.  When I finally recieved the results there were so many holes and missing data that the reports they sent were useless.  When I contacted them about the results, they were going to look into it and call me back.  That was over a month ago and I never heard back from them.  Now I am out $3,000 and have nothing to show for it.
