The company claims that for your audience - whether viewing ads or downloading apps, they will compensate you for your time with giftcards after you log an allotment of points.  After collecting enough points - tried to redeem for a gift card but was given a code that was redeemed, in other words, "bogus".  There is no direct phone number or customer service email to contact the company - but after a thorough search - finally found a support email (after not receiving much help from their "feedback" email - the only contact available on their site).

The customer service rep claimed "We directly get our cards from the store so we know that they are valid and not used when we receive them."  She went on to write, very patronizingly - that I must be lying.  "The code is correct in our system. I have reviewed the code through Facebook and it state “the card has been redeemed/used.” The only way the card can be redeemed/used is you must log into your account to enter the code. There is no other way that a code can be entered for it to be used."

Well, once you get them from the store maybe you or other employees go ahead and redeem them OR don't even make it to this "store" and just recycle your codes to pass off these bogus giftcards to your users.  She refunded my "points" but when I tried to redeem a second code for a giftcard, guess what, It Happened Again!  Another bogus code - saying that the giftcard was already redeemed.  Seriously?  Why did I trust this company?  I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau - and sure enough - F rating, same complaints.  Do not use this company, they are a rip off.
