APS (Arizona Power Service) total rip off palominas, Arizona

this is a complaint even this website does not work right
its not user friendly
i started electric service with your company
around december 11th 2009
i paid 150 deposit
i think i cancled it around ebruary second i paid all my bills on  time
even early
customer servie is all happy cool tellling me yeah they were gonna send me out a check of the remaining balance they owed  me after using deposit etc.since i tuned it off so early
i didno really care about the check or anything
the thing is now aps keeps calling my phone non stop everyday automated
than when i get a person on the phone they say
 there was a billfor 250 some odd dllars they applied my deposit to that and i stilll owe
why did the person not tell me this when i disconnected it he said opposite thats not professional seems sneaky or something
than i move my mom moves here gets the electric on she says she paid that balance
and paid more to get the service back on i might as well have left it n in my name for her
so she said she paid that and is suppose to have some credit
the individuals on the other side of the end giving out wrong information you can send me the bill an apology letter would be more appropriate
look in the computers see it how you wanna see it
customer service sucks the worst i ever had in my life i will be forwarding this
dont call my house or my moms house trying to talk to me
my mom said when sh got electric turned on se used my deposit
nobody told me its in your systems all messed up
you guys aint gonna get me i kno what im talking about aint now way i turn my service off shortly after i pay the bill and have 250 dollar bill for a small trailer than you take my deposit and say i owe you guys owe me it  may look right because the ones on your in put it in the computer like that might not make sense and if someone tries to contact me and the ignored like normally i will argue with them
you need to find out the person that took my call when i discnneced on the disconnect date im sure its in the computer listen to the call he said opposite somethings fishy poorest customer service in the world
yall got my mom thats what yall did on thephone  i was not here to monitor she telling me one thing you guys say opposite usually all the time/your telling me i move out few days late my mom puts electric in her name she has to pay 100 or so dollars im not sure the high amount plus i ave to pay 250 ...yahll trying toget people it seems i do not stand up for aps sevrice is very poor so if i would not of moved mybill woul dof been usually 150 or so but since i turn it off its 250 plus my mom hs to pay 100- or 200 the same onth plus says yal;l used my momey my deposit for her bill but yall say no thats caue it reflects what yall want it to reflect in the computer today my birthday dont call again this is non sense email or mail by the way yall owe me
how you gonna say you owe me than turn around say i owe you business is a scam yll keep calling my mom phone saying she owe on her bill the automated serivce sucks to her bills been paid the whole thing non user friendly i really dont i will use your company again or support anyone interested in it
