Apx alarm came to our home and used all the tactics described, except the young lady was quite polite and seemed to be caoched well in all the other things the other reps have done. she did make a smart comment when i decided to read the entire contract before signing as i was curious to see what happened when we cancelled. Her response to the cancellation was that they would pick up all the equipment and and cancell the contract, although the contract itself was vague as to what charges there were involved. The alarm has worked well, and we have had immediate response. I'm just aliitle leary about the cancellation, and felt the sales lady did not give all the information she could have.
