AÂR Appliances Inc No show for appliance repair Washington, DC DC

Called the service to provide estimate for repair of dishwasher and refrigerator.   Serviceman indicated he had to order parts, collected the credit card information and said he would be back the following day (thursday) to repair.  No call/no show on Thursday....no call, no show on Friday.  I called at the end of the day -- said that he had the part and had to come on Monday.  Scheduled time before 11:00 a.m.   No call/no show on Monday.   After many attempts at the end of the day, finally he indicated traffic was bad and he was not able to come.  Committed to show up first thing on Tuesday morning at 9:00 a.m.   Tuesday...no call/no show.....four calls later he finally picked up and said that he would be at the office by noon.  No excuse for why he did not show up at the agreed upon time.

If they do not arrive, I will cancel the credit card and file a fraud claim.   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
