First you have to know a bit more about there recent events, in Jan 2013 they started to laid off all their senior members. Employees that works there 20, 30+ years were laid off and escorted out of thebuilding. All the real talent for this company was completly elliminated by Jun 2013. They increased all the prices on the parts and equipment they sell overnight to be more the 200 to 400% higher. I also heard they laid off people that were even on medical leave. The new CEO that was hired has done all this his name is Stephen Ripp. one of his favorite quotes "the older i get, the less christian i become" this tells you just about everything. AMI does not pay all the vendors or sales reps on time. They constantly force small businesses to wait 90 past the invoice due dates. DO NOT DO business with this company. It is well known that they are headed to bankruptcy they way they are operating. Check their credit report yourself their DUNS # 07-063-8028
