Arhaus Furniture The store never ordered a storage Ottoman and we had to keep on them to get what we ordered. It came in and I had to go pick it up my self and deliver the non-storage one they delivered to us in Sept. The manager called us looking for an Additional $50 because they never billed for a storage one. After all this bull. I think they should take their furniture and shove it! Louisville Kentucky

This is what I posted to my friends on Facebook!  Facebook friends I wanted you to know to stay away from Arhaus Furniture. We bought a custom made sofa, chair and a half and a storage Ottoman back in June. It was delivered in September. We got a basic ottoman and not the storage one we ordered. Terry called and they re-ordered the storage one to be in mid November. When December came around he started calling them to see when it would be received and they said it was the Christmas rush and it would take time. (for an order ...they messed up in June) Anyway, to cut to the chase. The storage ottoman came in 2 weeks ago and I had to take the one they delivered to the store (at Christmas rush at Mall St. Matthews) and I picked up the correct one. We have had the correct one about 2 weeks and the store manager had the BALLS to call Terry today and tell him when the order was placed they did not order a storage one and that we owed about $50 for the price difference. Can you believe that? He told them he was not paying for their mistake and he was one step away from putting all the furniture in the truck and returning it today. DON'T BUY FROM ARHAUS FURNATURE! They are lucky they talked to him cause had they talked to me we would have a lovely dance floor in the Living room tonight cause I would have loaded their shit in the truck and delivered it to them. Thanks for letting me vent!
