Arion Motors Empire World I provide the company with deposit to purchase car from the auction based on my request in year, mileage and price range , Eddie/ Dexter from auction formely Empire World in Davie, Fl purchase a car with high mileage which was not advised until I came in to drive the car, oil leaks which was not mention before hand by Dexter or Eddie. They way they conduct business I would not recmend anybody to purchase a car from them . They are not customer oriented and basically screw customers over . they dont try to work with the customer since they made the request and did not refund deposit back to customer. davie Florida

 I met with Dexter almost a month aga which the formely Empire World in Davie which currently have F rating with Better Business Bureau. Now they changed their name is called Arion Motors locate din Davie. In Pelican Bay Center. As I stated before I met with Dexter. I advised Dexter I am lookng for Honda accord or civic from 94- 2001 specify the mileage can not be more than 100,000 miles. I then advised Dexter the price range no more than $1500.00, he then said to receive decent car rise the amount to $2000.00 I said okay but no more than that , which was my limit. Dexter stated there was $500 deposit they charge to bid on cars at the auction. I provided check for the amount and Dexter provided contract with all information I informed. I then receive a text with pictures of Hondas and I ask how much he stated $2800 I then ask how many miles he said 105k. A week went by I reached out to Dexter asking any luck finding a car yet.He then stated yes we purchase the car for you I said which car he said the one in the picture I told him that car was $2800.00 and I did not agree on that amount , he said he would speak with Eddie(owner) to negoiate the amount.I express to him with taxes and brand new tag was over my budget price and this why I wish no go over $1500.00 orignally in price. Dexter then text me back and said Eddie will sell the car for $2556.00 including tax and fee and give 30 days to purchase  new tag. I then went on   Tueday or Wenesday prior to see car and test drive , Dexter stated keys were on onsite . I then went back on Monday October 14,2013 with my husdand to see car . My husband the car and pointed out the car was shaking and brakes were bad and muffler needed making loud noise. Dexter stated their mechanic fixed the mounts on engine after we check under the hood and notice oil leaks all thru the car and Dexter stated that the mechanic advise them and Dexter said he would speak with Eddie to se if the customer(myself) wish to replace the rings.Then we check the mileage 169,690 which was never advised to me prior too. I felt I was decieved and mis lead. I spoke with Dexter, he then stated there $400.00 nin refundable fee indicated in contract however, I advise Dexter these were not the term I agreed on for a car and wish to speak with Eddie. I have yet to hear from Eddie and was told by Dexter that Eddie will not purchase another. I wish to have my refund return back to me. They did not stand behind anything  me and Dexter stated and Dexter stated he told Eddie my requirements but Eddie pick out any car.
