arizona institute of business and technology aibt underaged and ripped off phoenix, Arizona

I went into AIBT and applied to go to school there at the age of 16 without consent of my parents at the time because i did not live with them.I was registered and told to go to the financial aid office where alot of papers were filed on my behalf.I assume they were for finaancial aid and most likely forged by the addmissions representative being as though i was only 16 at the time and not old enough to apply for financial aid on my own.I was given a check for approximately 400.00 dolllars about a month later and told the rest was for my tuition.

Come to find out years later when i go to file my income taxes that i owe a huge defaulted studenit loan and that my taxes are being held as as off set.I do not know how much was applied for on my behalf.I know there was some sort of loan called a pell grant which is my understanding that pell grants are not to be repaid but i also had to re-pay an almost 5,000.00 dollar defaulted student loan,so it leaves me wondering just how much did this school make off a 16 year old under age student who had no permission to apply for financial aid and was only in school for 2 1/2 months!!!!!
