The problem started on 6/28/2014 when my partner and I enrolled in the Market Domination program on 6/30/2014 and paid $10,000.00, we got bad news about her son having a medical problem and was unable to be left alone we had until 7/2/2014 to cancel there was no fax number on the contract just a mailing address we called and asked what we must do , we were told to make a copy of the cancelation form mail one copy and the pink form to the address on the contract so we did a few weeks went by and we called to see if they got it, they said no they hadn't, so we waited a few more weeks and called back still they had not got it each and every time they said they would look into it, months went by and nothing then finally on 2/16/2015 we were transfurred to the right dept and get a fax number we faxed the copies down to AM group and we waited we kept getting the run around , then they started saying we should have done this in the right time frame for a refund, I replied saying we have been trying for 6 months to get a refund , they said our phone recordes doesn't show this. This company doesnt like to refund peoples money is what it boils down to, this matter has gone back and forth for 7 months now, its now 2/25/2015 and were still going back and forth, After faxing down the signed copy of the cancelation form you would think they would do the right thing and refund our $10,000.00 dollars.. If you research this company you will find were not alone on this issue. They will tell you we just people unhappy with the program were not and we want to continue on with the master mentor program but until we get a refund on the market domination program I not sure we want too. All I can say is Buyer Beware they will ask you up your limit on your credit cards to enroll in their programs and you should get your money back on your first flip in 90 days that hasn't happen for us yet. there are other siminars out there and in your local area if you will look for REIclub's and for much less and will do just as good of a job teaching you. If you like throwing hard earned money away Enroll, If not shop around you'll be better off. I hate getting the run around when this matter could have resloved very easy months ago.
