After one year of using this group for my home as recommended by GEICO (Not very good recommendation) I recieved a cancellation notice because they didn't like the protective coating on my lattice Pergola.  I keep a permenant weather seal on it.  They wanted it painted.  Rough cedar is to be enjoyed and that's why you spend much extra to build.  Talked to many other companies and they agree that it is a ripoff.
