uses PayPal as the vehicle of doing fraudlent transactions, the company took money and then sent out an email about "isn't working huh...." then bans myself from the forums. I have no recourse but to file against Paypal. Paypal says they are not liable for digital idententies. This is why they ONLY use PayPal as their form for payment.
I have started a file with .gov agencies on online fraud. I have talked to other online companies that do the same type of business. Their staff report similar complaints by other individuals coming to them from ARTIFICIALAIMING.NET.
Digital or not, if you take someone's money and return nothing, that is defined by any dictionary produced as stealing / Thief which translate into fraud. You are offering something that you never deliver and never return the consumer's funds of purchase. [continued below]....
I am sure any hungry lawyer could dig up more cases like this and present some type of a class action suit against this company. The monetary value is obviously not the reason behind this. Where does online transactions end and fraud begin?
