Beware of Artistic Photography by Lyn and Rodney Good located in Harrisonburg, Virginia. They seem like the nicest most classy people but once they get your money, they could care less.

I hired Artistic Photography, Rodney and Lyn Good to photograph my wedding on March 26, 2004. I was told my proofs would be ready in 2-3 weeks. After numerous phone calls, it took over 2 months to receive my proofs. I picked out the pictures I wanted and sent the proofs back to be processed.

Again, I was told it would be about a month before I would receive the finished product. I had to make numerous call phones again after 2-3 months had passed. I finally received my singles. The edges were rugged and uneven and the quality was very poor. They were not the originals, they were reprinted off the computer.

In July, I received my wedding album, 2 months late. It was damaged, the pages had fallen out, the names were spelled wrong, and they were reprints off a computer, which again, very poor quality. I sent my album back to be fixed. I was told I would receive my album in a week.

After numerous call phones, being told I would have my album in a week, I finally received my album on January 24, 2005. It is the crappiest album I have ever seen. The pages are falling out again, poor quality, reprints from the computer, and very uneven, some even were cut off, can't even tell what they are of. I will not send it back for the third time because I probably wont see it again for another year.

They lie, they wont return phone calls, wont face up to their mistake, and have ruin the most special time in my life. Don't let their niceness fool you like they did me. They are so sweet to your face but trust me, they ruin your wedding. Please beware and take my advice. Find another photographer!
