In Spring 2014, I rent a dumpster for cleaning my old house. We loaded it with backyard trash, mostly dead tree trigs, dry grass and fallen leaves. After taking the dumpster, Arwood Waste sent me a bill of over-weight. I had several communications with them asking them to show me the evidence for the over-weight. Arwood Waste failed to show me any evidence but insists that they can tell which dumpster is over-weighed, which is so arbitrary that can be applied to any random customers. Since I paid this by my credit card, I informed my card bank to stop any potential withdrawal by Arwood Waste. Then, they have been trying to jam my email box with skyrocketing bills like $2,089. I think that Arwood Waste is not only conducting dishonesty but also harassing their customers. Both need to be stopped by BBB.

Per this customer this happened in the spring of 2014. That is almost a year ago. I assume this is a competitor just trying to make Arwood Waste look bad as there is not any information on the person that filed these false allegations. There is not a name, phone number nor address so I have no way of addressing this on a more personal level.
