ascentive-finallyfast philadelphia fraudulant debit charge Pennsylvania

 this company, Ascentive LLC, 50 S. 16th Street, Suite 3575, Philadelphia, PA 19102 USA, Fax (215) 320-6001, and their product: ascentive finallyfast, were never purchased by me nor anyone in my family.  i am a 25 year systems engineer and i don't want/need anything that this company has to offer on any of my families computers.  however, i found a charge on my checking account this morning, 10/17/2012, from this company for $29.95, fraudulent is the only thing i can call this type activity.  i have since closed thsi account and now have to go thru the pain of re-establishing all my auto-drafts/etc all over again, thx for nothing ASCENTIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
