If a customer is not happy with their purchase, they can contact Ashley Bridget's support team and request to have another accessory of their choice shipped to them free of charge. In some instances, refunds in full are granted without the customer having to return their order to the Ashley Bridget warehouse. Customers are able to contact support and have a free exchange given to them without returning their original merchandize.
