We went in to just shop around and look at our options for furniture. When we walked in, there were at least three salesmen that ambushed us to "help." It felt like we were at a used car lot. We ended up only picking out a mattress. When we got to the register it took a full hour to check out. An hour to check out for one mattress?? Insane. No one there seemed to know how to use the register system and kept passing the problem on to the next employee until someone finally voided our transaction and started all over. Horrible experience. We will never go there again.
