Their biggest issue is if you buy furniture from them - you must answer your cell phone and select the number they tell you to for delievery confirmation. If you ever call them because you missed that call they will not deliver furniture until the following week. Everything is through automation with them. If you throw a wrench into their system it will throw everything off. Everytime I got a call from their automation and it was missed due to me being in a meeting ,they would have to deliever the furniture the following week. I cannot sit by my phone during work hours for their automation phone call. If you ever miss that and call and verbally tell them over the phone it is ok to deliver the furniture tomorrow it will not be put into their system and they will do a no show the next day even if you talk to a live person. You must only confirm an appt for delivery only by your cell phone and through their automative system. I purchased furniture that was supposed to be delived in a few days and got it over a month later. You have to argue and argue with their manager to get them to do what they say they are doing to do. I must of gone into their store about 5 times to talk to their manager in person. You could tell the manager was so tired of the issues she has to deal with because she really did not want to listen to the issues, she only wanted to fix it but not listen. All issues are due to delivery of furniture. Everytime I thought I was going to finally get my furniture it was rescheduled again and again. I even gave away my furniture only to have to sit on the floor for a month because all the issues in getting my furniture. I bought a lot from them too. I purchased $ 4000.00 in furniture but so many issues in getting it ---they would reschedule my deliver over and over and would tell me it was my fault not theirs.....if you call on the phone and speak to a live person about confirming your order it does not confirm an order unless you do it through your cell phone
