Unbelievable product and customer service! We purchased a sofa and 2 recliners on Jan 26,2014and was promised to receive the sofa and one of the recliners by Feb 6, 2014. The other recliner was back ordered until Feb 22,2014 so this wasn't a big deal we knew about that.We choose to pick up or furniture instead of using delivery and have been being punished for that since! The order was supposed to be set for us to be called when the sofa and first recliner came in, then we'd go back and get the other recliner when it came in.When it was Feb 8th and we hadn't received a call that the furniture was in I called them. I was told that it would be in the following week, Feb 15.Then it was Feb 18th amd no call.I called them and again it wasn't in yet. I was told it would be in Feb 22nd. I at that point asked why they had not bothered to call me to tell me it wasn't in when they said it would be? Brooke in customer service informed me that they don't go through the system and pick random customers to make sure their order was complete, or check the status. Needless to say I informed her that that would be respectable, good customer service if they did, that if course just caused her to be rude with me. Then we come to Feb 22nd and again no call, no furniture! I called after the weekend and was told that the sofa and chair came in the previous day and that the other recliner was Sry to ship out and would be in on the 26th of Feb. At that point we didn't want to go 2 days in a row to pick up and decided to wait the extra day. 

Now we come to pick up day, Feb 26, 2014. The sofa was damaged and they needed to repair it. A brand newly built couch, damaged! Brought the 2 recliners home in boxes. That evening MY husband and I went to pick up the sofa, or actually inspect the repair but did end up bringing it home. The repair was done wonderfully! We unbox the recliners and one of them had a 3-4" opening with stuffing coming out of it! The seam was not sewn correctly. What more can go wrong? I call customer service this morning, Feb 27,2014 and explained to customer service MY problem, and explain all of the issues we've had with the order and asked if they could send their technician to repair it? Absolutely not! I signed a contract that if there was damage I'd have to bring it back. This was not Ann acceptable answer so I asked for a manager. Sharon Harris called me back. I went thru everything all over again and nope, if I wanted it repaired I would need to bring it back. She kept using that contract against me, you signed it blah, blah, blah.

Let me say, I worked in retail many years and even dealt with delivery issues. Never would we have treated a customer like that! 

I've read many, many reviews with the somewhat the same complaint as mine and they continue to do business like that! And... they get away with it! I can promise them that I will tell everyone I know how they treat their customers! Never again will I do business with them or any company affiliated with them!
