asknow.com gave me broken useless information and cleaned my account out. no state, Internet

Not only the costumer and employees get scammed by this company, Also the psychics themselves get sucked in to this and are treated like slaves, they work so hard for pennies. My Friend worked there as a Psychic and she was completely stressed out because they pushed her to work day and night to get to some kind of bonus tier they have which by the way they can't reach, beacuse it's so complicated the way the have it set up.

This company reminds me of Miss Cleo, are they related?

I am ex employee who lsted there 3 days last Sept - I just found out they have been taking 40.00 out of my checking acct every month since - when I emailed to HR that I had not auth this and that I wanted a recording, they agreed to close "subscription" and are sending almost all back- they are refunding 200.00 -  the director very stupidly advised me because on 11/25/2010 at 9:30pm for 33 min I sw Sandy Free Spirit and they did have a recording of that call.  That is illegal!  That means they are recrding your personal info.  They are aslo known as Elite Communicatoins, reside in a building with no name on Icot Blvd w grayed out windows to make it look empty - located in Clearwater, Florida.  It was the "Director" of ask now that sent this to me via email claiming she had a recording of this call - so if she has my call of 33 min from 11/25/2010, imagine what else they have - it is very dark inside the building and the other half of it runs a pornography "play talk" site.

I am ex employee - only worked there 3 days - that is the amount of training they give their employees......I did not make the cut because i accidently disconnected one customer - but I found out today , about 8 months after the fact, that they had been withdrawing 40.00 a month from my checking acct for 20 min a month in phycic service.  I recalled that on Thanksgiving I got a notice that i had like 80 minutes or more in free min and assumed I had them from when they hired me so i called for the heck of it.  But I have been getting so many emails, I finally emailed the HR dept and told them to knock it off - they informed me I had a monthly subscription and 107 min left but they closed my subscription - I responded that I was awre of the fact that I gave them a blank voided ck on day one of employment - but other than that nothing so emailed bck to them - the director of "Ask Now" (also known as Elite Communications- Icot Blvd Clearwater, Fl), infomred me the charges wre too old for her to cr bk to account so she would send me a check but went on to state that this ws even though I spoke with 'Sandy free Spirit' on 11/25/2010 at 9:31pm for 33 min and that she did have a recording of that cAll????  Excuse me, but if she had  a recording of my call where I said heaven knows what to  a phycic, that means tons of personal information is being recorded by a basically "transfer service" and kept.  If you want any more info let me know - I was so ticked after even 3 days thre, I did a lot of researc - is advertised as hightly innovative brand new call center - it a building with and address (no name) , darkened windows - once hired, you have a code to get thru a gate - they want you to park in the back so it looks like no one occupies the building and even after that you have to buzz to get in - and once you are in , you cannot leave until end of shift - the employee paperwork and rules they give you , you are not alowed to remove from the building - it is very dark in there with people sharing desks and only half the place is "Ask Now" - the other half is a bunch of people pretending to be sex slaves taking pornographic calls.  Yes you should be able to sue them if you actually talked to a psychic because if you did, that means your private call was recorded - let me know if you need more info.
