 I had no idea my membership was even active ! A SMALL WORLD Cbarged me £89 without notice of renewal, I had not used the service in previous year and not even remembered my logon details, on the day of the new charge when I saw it debited from my account I emailed them straight away to inform them I did not want the renewal for another year and to refund me what they auto debited.

they refused to refund saying auto renewal is in the terms and conditions ! 

so even though they can see I did not use it fir a year and i contacted them on the 1st day of renewal they still refused.

they also even though I left my number for a manager to call me no one called ! 

Complete RIP OFF do not ever join them.
