Aspire was Providian ripoff, dishonest and does not keep their word. When I married my husband in 2001 he had a Providian credit card. There was no way we could pay what they were requiring us to pay. We are still (after 5 years) paying on this account. Columbus Georgia

When I married my husband he had a Providian credit card. They were very, vert unreasonable to deal with. Sometime duing this period aspire bought them out, which by the way NO Better! Iave written letters to the better business bureau, several letteers to aspire/providian. I think that we have come up with some solution and then all of a sudden they require a large payment. We were not to be charged any more late charges either. GUESS WHAT, they charge them every month!

I hate this company and cannot wait to get them paid off. Oh yes, we are still paying on this bill. After five years and making monthly payment, and lots of months more than required we still owe them a good $1.500.00.

If there is ever a class action suit against either of these companies we would like to become involved. I still have all my correspondences with both companies.
