have had this phone for almost 2 years. no problem till 2 months ago when started to eat minutes. my account said 89 in 2 weeks but the phone said 339. it has been 1 week and they still haven't found the problem and really don't seem to care. am a senior in public housing with very low income. use other peoples phone, computer and etc. they have a tactic that involves snatching the minutes, then say for 5.00 yu can get more. welll, i fell for it and now phone has been deactivated twice and their so called techs keep messing it up. they get 10.00 for everyone who signs with them from a government subsidy. this is why so many who DON"T need them, do. those of us who really need, now are starting to suffer because of the greed. hundred's of thousand's out there with these. so figure at 10.. a head a month? they DO lie to you, and most can't speak good enough english to understand you either. get rid of the rip off program as being abused. government could save a lot of money jsut from this subsidy. i will gladly give up phone. i am not a snot-nosed little whinny who thinks i deserve everything free. so take it, and peace of mind for will return.
