I am a customer of assurance wireless and i pay for unlimites calls texts and internet 32.10 mo. I am not able to resolve internet issues with them since march . i made several calls and spend quite a bit of time with troubleshooter they have not resolved the issue . i was told sprint was having some issues . today may 22 2013 i called and was told issue resolve and i could get on the interne .
that wasn't true. called back another tech. said headquarters are upgrading and there was nothing they could do . well i am upset because they should have told me that from the beginning. deceptive and fraudulent practice yet and still they took 32.10 .i am going to change providers . frustrated in Nc and they should be made to refund some of your money
