Assurant specialty property There are your worst nightmare come true Miami Florida

My name is Ramona Grayson I have a Renters Insurance policy with aussurant specialty property I am so utterly frustrated with this company it's ridiculous.This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life and I regret ever dealing with this company.I had a burglary on Feb 15 2013 and my claim til this day has not been settled and this is beyond unacceptable. When I call I get the run around and my claim examiner is not helpful at all and she extremely rude. it's to the point I had to file a complaint with the Insurance  Commissioner . I just want my claim to be settled I have supplied all the necessary documents required of me and til this day nothing...he'll it's about be June and this incident happened on Feb this is beyond unacceptable. Someone really needs to look into particularly the office in Miami. I wish I would did a background check before I even dealt with this place, because there are other complaints that mirrors mines. I just want someone to assist me with getting this issue resolved. All they do is lie and give you the run around.
