Atkins International, LLC www.exportexpert.com Offered employment and never paid. New Orleans Louisiana

David Atkins of Atkins International, offered an employment opportunity along with a salary offer, which I accepted and relied on. I left my current industry to pursue this opportunity and promise of $60,000 salary + bonuses. Mr. Atkins never paid me my first check and continuously gave excuse after excuse as to why I wasn't paid. 

He first blamed Fed-Ex for non-delivery of comapny check for the first payment and then continued to give the excuse that his internal payroll manager was having "system issues" on the following check. 

It has been over a year now and I still have not seen a single paycheck even tho Mr. Atkins asked me to purchase business cards and airfare to fly from Dallas to New Orleans for training. He explained that I could be reimbursed by the company for these expenses. THANK GOD I didn't purchase the airfare, because he has not even reimbursed my first expense account which was to include reimbursment for business cards, cell phone service, internet service.

Mr. Atkins claims to be an honorable veteran and officer of the United States Armed Forces with combat experience and a Christian man with morals.  I'm not doubting his service, but as far as his Christian morals, I have seen NONE from this man. And I have never known an Army Officer with less morals and integrety than this man. 

I have offered settlement agreements with this man to mitigate my damages and clear him of any further fiduciary obligations under the agreed upon employment offer. Mr. Atkins agreed to these settlemetn terms... AND STILL NEVER PAID!

He is a fraud and a con-artist in my opinion! I would advise ALL to stay away from Mr. David Atkins of Atkins International, LLC concerning employment as well as trnsportation and logistical services!!!!
