Atlantic Financial, Mr. Bill Bradley, Frank Foot, Paul Peart, Margret Littlemore ripoff loan scam, wired cash for advancement on loan that was never received Toronto Ontario Canada

Bill Bradley contacted me via phone to tell me that his company "Atlantic Financial" based out of Canada approved me for the minimum $6,000 loan. In order to secure this loan, I was faxed documents and requested to send $750(via Money Gram) as a 3-month advance payment on Sep, 1, 2005.

I was then told after confirmation of this receipt, that the $6,000 loan would then be posted into my personal bank account within 24 hours. After repeatedly calling Bill Bradley, he told me that there were errors with the Canadian and U.S. Federal reserve routing numbers that prevented this transaction from taking place.

I was then told to call back within the hour. Upon calling him, he then told me to contact my bank to see if there were special routing instructions since my account was in the U.S. After calling him back he then told me that the "loan interceptors" from his company had my loan on hold because an additional payment of $500 would be needed to process it.

I never sent the $500 but requested my initial money be returned. He became hostile and told me that he would have it wired back to me by close of business(6:00 p.m.) Canadian time. I called him before the close of business and he then told me that the financial dept was behind in processing.

I asked him to give me their number and he told me that they don't talk directly to customers. After Bill Bradley hung up on me several times, I called back and thats when he told me that my money will be returned to me anywhere from 15 days to a month.
