the lady i spoke with outright lied to get me to take a policy,and when I called to find out what was going on,I was told she (Courtney) was no longer with the co. Then I called to speak to another agent Richard D.,and he wanted me to call Courtney myself. Please,please, DO NOT TAKE A POLICY with these people,we're out almost a thousand dollars,I also called to cancel the policy and they charged my credit card anyway,then they told me I hadn't cancelled,when in reality I had,now the credit card co. is fighting the charges. The girl I spoke with on July 6th absolutely!!!!!! assured me the money wouldn't be taken from my credit card!1 In hindsight I should have cancelled my card immediatel My question to this DUBIOUS health? care plan is WHY WOULD I SAY I HAD CANCELLED<IF I HADN"T??????????????   some names of whom I spoke with are Richard dell,kemberlyn,courtney,sherrie.

...which clearly instructed them to call the plan administrator to cancel. As agents can't cancel their client's plans, any such call would not stop a credit card from being charged. "We're out almost a thousand dollars..." can't be addressed without more information. If it relates to a medical bill once again the plan administrator would quickly look into this and address the problem if one existed.
