I am also a former driver & this I heard from the boss, only 8%-10% goes to the organization on the donation boxes ,where does the 90% go?All drivers are on salary only so they work very long hours about 10-12 a day without a lunch 6days a week.Breaking all d.o.t. laws, they basically have drivers drop donation boxes anywhere without permission on other peoples property. Then the driver has to go back to recover boxes (most of the time move them to another spot without permission) on and off his route.
The company feels by the time the driver has to move the donation box they have made about $6000 in 1month or more, so imagine if you do that 30-40 stops on your route a day 6 days a week. All of the things they get are free.....so why not pay the driver overtime then? Why not let the driver take a lunch then?I have a lawsuit against this company,I reported them to D.O.T.,E.E.O.C.,OSHA, & whistleblowers.Look at their website they are always in the millions
