had att wireless last year in sept 9th for 2 weeks returned phone to best buy and canceled service .Talked to customer service rep from att told her to mail me a bill if there was any or call me did not hear anything till this year .June 5th got my credit report and there was att saying had bill for 1 hundred and 11 dollars called att talked to woman named barb explaned what was going on and got bill down to 38 dollars told this barb to mail it to me she said could not till july 11th so i waited for bill.Then got little card from bcr saying i owed att 4501 but would settle for 31.56 i e mailed this bcr 20 times before they bcr replyed saying they would settle for 2705.I sent them money order on july 17th and they bcr recived july 19th i e mailed this bcr and asked them if they would send att e mail saying this issue has been resolved and paid in full. Woman from bcr name michell mcdowel e mailed me back and said they bcr contact att wireless weekly and my account would be in there. I called att to see if bcr had contacted them july 22nd and woman from att said they had recived 27.05 but 11.16 was still do. I e mailed bcr this michell mcdowel from bcr and told her that att says i still owe 11.16 she emailed me back saying they bcr had e mailed att and told them that this acc has been paid in full and account is closed. i took a month and two weeks to resolve this case for 27.05 i am the one that wanted to resolve this case and this bcr made it very hard to do like said took i month and 2 weeks to resolve half ass company this bcr

Woman from att called me name julie jones nice lady she wavied the 75.81 so case is over.At least bcr did not get there hands on the case and take 2 months to resolve case and 30 e mails later so thanks att to waive this issue so iam glad it is over but still have bad credit

End of ripoff julie jones from att called me and said would wave 75.81 so i am glad for that i owe att nothing so turned out att will at least work with you .if only they att would of sent me a bill none of this would of happened end of story

I called att wireless sales deparment today to see what they would say about me getting service for a i phone 4 g they said they att have recived the 27.05 but have another bill for 75.81 i did not know what to say and felt like a ass i told att to send me the bill.And once i get the bill i i will look at the charges said had phone for 2 weeks 75.81 is a lot for 2 weeks of service i had other phone for 2 weeks think they are trying to double charge me for same line we well see to be continued

this case is still not resolved to bcr michell mcdowell the case is closed but to att it is not all this for 27.05 very unhappy with att wireless and bcr and when do resolve well still have bad credit on credit report just because att did not send me bill like i asked them to . Was going to get att service when this was over but after all of this i guess i will go back to sprint they at least send you bill
