this has been going on since March & I have spent hours on the phone trying to resoleve this probanly 100 + hours, they put you on hold & then transfer you & then hang up, we recieved a collection notice from Verizon & came out of pocket $250 to keep us out of collections, today is July 25th 2016 & we recieved our phones via FedEx on March 28th, I took them to the post office on March 29th & personally handed them to the postal worker, I tried reaching out to the post office as I lost my receipt & the sweet lady tried to help us called me & told me they don't keep records after 60 days, I want to contact an attorney but we are on a budget due to my husbands cancer can you please help, I also looked on the Internet & their are numerous reports of fraud, thanking you in advamce for any help you can give me

I feel my husband who has cancer & I have been ripped off by the so called switcher offer, they stated in online conversations that we would get a better deal by switching from Verizon to AT&T, I have transcripts from several chats, they have failed to honor the price I was quoted & also failed to pay off our Verizon bill & we have recieved collection notices from Verizon, to keep our credit in good standing we came out of pocket to pay Verizon $250 to keep it out of collections      I recieved the phones on March 28th & in the box was a shipping label to send in our Verizon phones whixh I did the next day, I have reached out to the post office to try & track the Verizon phones because we recieved a letter that they were not honoring our claim for the switcher offer because they didn't recieve our phones     The nice lady at the post office just called & said they don't keep records after 60 days & it is now July 25, 2016... I have spent over 100 + hours on the phone getting put on hold & transferred to different departments & then get hung up on..   Can you help me, I am thanking you in advance for any help you can offer... Also got Direct TV & AT&T UVerse in order to save money, the tv is out more than it is on, a tinge of bad weather makes the Tv go off, help with that is appreciated also    T
