att&t wireless ripoff dishonest fraudlent billing mistreated and ripped off atlanta Georgia

hi,i had service with att&tfor the longest time .i was on 300 min plan all of sundden i was going over the minutes last year so i called the co. and kept upen my minutes plan to 400,600,and 800 stillkept going over the limit i did not understand. one day i realaised that last year my phone was stolen and i paid for another phone whitch att&t send me and i kept track of my minutes, and the co. when i had called said still went over.one day while i was on the phone,i ended my conversation and i pushed the end botten pick up my phone yo make a call and realaised that my cell phone was still runing minutes so i called the co. and explained to them what the new phone they had send me would not shut off and that the minutes was still runing the co. told me just turn off the phone and turn it on again in order not to run up the minutes i said this is a new phone why should i do that and the co said ignored me and said i still had to pay for the bill. this is not fair i have been a customer for 4 years and did not to want to resolve this problem. and now the co turned me in the collection agency by the name forster&garbus at 1-800-245-9943 ext.417 wrote to me and in the letter stated that i owe $639.71 from $244.00 that i owed the co.now i have bad cridit from this incedent thanks to att&t co.
