At&T At&T Ipan service rip off Nationwide

I set up an account with AT&T for my Ipad air. I suspended my account back on october 24th 2014. Mind you my ipad said my account was suspended and to re activate it call this number.

To my suprise I received a late bill today, november 29th, telling me I am late on my payment. I went to billing and, there is a bill for $67.66. When I called billing I was put on with a manager and he informed me even though my account was suspended and I could not use it, I still had to pay for the 3 gb a month that I was aloted!

So what good is suspending an account if I have to pay for it! When I suspention my service it only mentions some fees may apply, not that we are screwing you for the full amount and you don't get to use it! Plus this is the second time in 5 months that I did not get a bill before, and a late notice for the second month. And the best part is to fully cancell my account they want another months payment for a service I cannot use!
