AT&T keen.com Privacy violation of contract. San Francisco, California

I have been an adviser with keen.com from the mid 1990's as well as their NightFlirt. com site.
They promise in their disclaimer and their members agreement all conversation between adviser and client is confidential. Members may not record their conversations and monitoring is not possible.
Yeah, no one believed it. But if you said anything, you where labeled paranoid and your account closed.
Well Night Flirt is now working like a real business on its own. Doing great.
Keen being owned by AT&T now is not only monitoring all the calls but is suspending accounts due to what we believed to be private in the calls.
Its clear keen has opened a new sex site called flirts and friends, you choose your category by sexual orientation.
I make my living as a paranormal counselor and am qualified to practice sexual and family guidance.
Keen knows that, they also know people don't always want credentials pushed in their face. 
Their member agreement gave me the right to offer sexual guidance with out pushing credentials in the persons face.
I never told anyone they had to talk to me about anything. I allowed the caller to create the situation.
Today I get this email from them telling me they where monitoring a private call and I was not allowed to talk about sex in the friends section of their site. 
Confidentiality is a must in my business.

There was a time in the past they closed my account because I said I lived on an Island and they said that means I was a prostitute. I really do live on an Island. I am not a prostitute. I let that go, because it was not a breach of anything. If they think all USA Island people are like that, I hope they enjoy their jail time if they visit.

Make sure you look at the profile link in the bottom. The worst I said was I was easy to talk to. I am easy to talk to. I only bother to correct people when they seem to be creating dangerous situations. It is my job to help people get bad things out of their heads and on with their lives.

Keen.com a leading provider of online payper minute psychic calls was in
the past year bought out by AT&T. AT&T claimed they only wanted
a payper minute line to add to their 411 calling ads they spam to
peoples cell phones and other services.

Next the keen site also owned a site called nightflirt.com

Night Flirt provided sexual calls. No live meet no exchange of personal information, just old fashioned phone sex.

Not getting in too deep, but phone sex for some people is a medically need thing for social issues and/or sexual issues.

AT&T would not dirty their hands with the reputation of sex. So they do not own nightflirt.com.

But they didn't want to lose the money so they opened just friends and
flirts, you are not allowed to advertize anything that would give away
that its sex. NO SEX... But you choose your adviser by gender ans
sexual orientation. Military don't ask don't tell is not allowed here.
The only reason I would need to know your sexual orientation is of I
want to talk to you about what size shoe you wear :) .

You know better, if I am hiring you to baby sit my kids or if I am going
to tada with you is the only reason I should know whats going on in
your bed room.

But they are playing the discrimination card on that one.

Its Rev Jones, bringing back the Jones town laws of doing your wife in
the back room and condemning you for talking about what he is doing to
your wife.

As all of you know, I am easy to talk to and open to a fault sometimes.

Well keen or in more reality AT&T wants to steal the clients now
from NightFlirt.com and leave them broke with a less then happy
reputation.

Of course I did and do, Get this people, I have made it clear time and
time again, I want to know what really makes people tick. If guilt can
cause a haunting, what can desire cause and what is desire for different
people. Every single emotion a human can have or not have can manifest
into reality if its strong enough.

So AT&T is up to no good, something much worse then fantasizing sex.
Keen not only knows but has records to prove I am qualified to counsel
in sex. They also know that because of those qualifications and my
location they are not allowed to listen in on the conversation.

So my devious self could not help but put AT&T to the test.

Now I keep my sexual consulting in the proper place and not in the
nursery. Depending upon what type it is, could be an adult site, could
be private. I don't know where all my clients end up and I learn as much
from them as they teach me. Some I know ended up realizing that their
home was the better place for them. I hope all of them end that way.

My keen profile was a cut and past of my profile here. So keen is sure
they are going to get away with this, because I would be to ashamed to
say I was taking keen calls. Please, have any of you ever seen me keep
my mouth shut about anything?. Its not going to hurt my reputation at
all from my side, it will how ever flush out the phoneys in my reading
list. That's not a bad thing. This is the same thing as neighbors I use
to have, the whole complex thought it was okay to beat their wives and
have them screaming for help in pain wile they where being pounded into
the ground, but when a new neighbor moved in and was having a private
tickle fight with his girl friend, they wanted them arrested for being
obscene. The claim was Oh My God, we have children here! Children who
would watch their mom once a week get bounded by the man of the house.
You can call keen flirt and get cussed out, run down, and all kinds of
degrading things. They approve because they listen to the calls and the
finely admit it.
