Marc H. Noda and or ARE has NEVER paid wages to multiple employees or honored contracts that we know of...The odd thing about Marc is he's supposedly produced many movies and many are in production, yet there's not one verifiable source online. The IMDB page for the company has impressive credits, unfortunately none of it seems to be verifiable.

When different employees and people begin to ask questions Marc terminated their employment, refused to pay them for wages, and strongly suggested they "Keep their mouth shut." Marc's attitude is often arrogant and he acts like a bully towards people who he deems are "morons". Marc often boast about claiming to be rich and constantly thinks people are trying to take advantage of him...It's become obvious the reasons why he's so paranoid...This kind of abuse should not be tolerated by people, especially since some of the people he hired were extremely low income.

Marc H. Noda is supposedly the president of this company ARE...Marc hired numerous people to work for him during the time we knew him around the Los Angeles area (assistants, Admins, and actors). He often hangs out at hotels by LAX airport, and he recruited differen't people out of 'The Adventurer" hostel in Inglewood.

Don't be intimidated by this guy if he's threatend you, ripped you off, or had you sign contracts and perform odd services for him. Contact the local authorities and report him because he will not seem to stop playing games with peoples time, reputation, and misleading them.

Re-Trial: Defmation, Blackmail, and Harassment

We will be now taking this case to trial beginning in March of 2017.  It is unfortunate that things have escalated to this level however we feel that we have a strong enough case based on the evidence before us to claim attempted defamation and attempted harassment  and blackmail by all parties involved.  Clearly, this case isn't just the case of one man as it would seem that there have been multiple attempts to sue us for nonexistent wages against our credibility.  We will also insist upon a drug test to be sure that the defendant had not indulged in narcotics during his or her signing of their contract.  You will be issued a cease and desist letter followed by a counter suit for your actions and attempted harassment for fees that however noble you have made them, are not owed and seem to have lost importance over time.  It would seem that your case has not only been fabricated but you have malisciously and falsy acused us and our reputation.  We will be seeking damages to our company that will well exceed your proposed wages.

Please use these materials as evidence in a court of law.

The plaintiff in case reserves right to refile lawsuit.. It was "dismissed without prejudice " cause neither party was present in court at that time. Marc Noda can still be sued at plaintiffs will.

 To say it was "dismissed" is not accurate. It was dismissed without prejudice meaning the plaintiff still has the right to sue for wages not paid.

Welfare is not fun.  Though it should not make you desperate to do things that are not you just because you feel like lashing out.  These folks "ARE" living on the streets folks.  They did not have jobs.  And when things didn't work out they tried to pin the blame on us.  But understand that all of these postings are evidence against them in a court of law.

Marc H. Noda is a someone who offers you a job and makes it sound so good. I believed everything his said and ended up losing my job because of him. He promised me $20.00 an hour and a job title that sounded so good to be true. He trained me for a week and a half but out of nowhere he asked me to meet up with him at a bank near Brentwood and Santa Monica at a Wells Fargo location. Never showed and answered any of my calls. When he did, he always pushed it back and delayed more to wire my money that I worked for but what always made me wonder is that he didn't have me sign anything or clock in which he said he supposably had it taken care of.

I was getting behind on a lot bills and almost being kicked out of my living quarters. I asked for his help and he didn't give one thought or care in the world for me anymore. Told me to figure it out and here I'm thinking....well I would if you paid me! Please don't even look or speak to him if he tries to talk or offer you anything!! He has people meeting him at a place called Alfred's Cafe or Starbucks near Beverly Hills. One of the office building locations is 511 Wilshire Blvd Los Angeles, Ca 90017 suite 700. P.s. He always wear the same clothes(Black dress shirt, black pants, black shoes and has a dark brownish leather messager bag. Won't be surprised if he changed clothes for once!
